We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kristina Stonebreaker and we offer full refunds to the original method of payment as long as it meets the following guidelines.

Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of the order date. Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received including all tags and original packing materials.

You can return any unworn, unused item purchased from kristinastonebreaker.com within 21 days (including weekends and holidays) from the order date. The order date is the date you received an order confirmation email from us.

We can only accept returns from purchases made on kristinastonebreaker.com

We cannot accept returns made after 21 days.

We cannot accept returns for used, dirty, damaged or altered items. Items returned under those conditions will not be processed. We reserve the right to deny returns if the item(s) does not meet our policy requirements.

We currently do not offer exchanges. Simply return your unworn item and place a new order. However, we cannot guarantee inventory will be available when you place your new order.

How to make a return?

Box up your item with the original packaging and fill out the return authorization form included in the package. Be sure to write in your order number, item you are returning and reason for return.

You may use the carrier of your choice but we suggest you insure the package and use a carrier that provides a tracking number for your records, as you are responsible that it is received by our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer returns for international orders.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING

Your returned item will be thoroughly reviewed and if approved, will be processed within 7 business days after the item is received at our warehouse.  Credit will be posted 1-5 days after the date of processing and will be refunded to the original method of payment.
